VIP tickets include a private area with tiered seating and great views of the main stage, VIP bars, posh loos and priority entry.

Instruct drivers to drop off or pick up along Maid Marian Way or Friar Lane near the castle approach. Taxis cannot drive onto the pedestrianised castle grounds, so please ensure drivers use designated roadside drop-off zones or city centre ranks (such as Nottingham Station on Station Street).

Friar Lane bus stops are a 2-minute walk away, and Broad Marsh Bus Station is an 8-minute walk. Nottingham Station (Train & NET Tram) and the Old Market Square Tram stop are both an 8–10 minute walk, offering fast rail and tram connections across Nottinghamshire and major national routes.

There is no on-site parking at Nottingham Castle. Secure city centre car parks are located within a 5-minute walking distance, including NCP St James’s Street (NG1 6EY), Mount Street Car Park (NG1 6HG), and Broad Marsh Car Park (NG1 7HG). Standard parking charges apply and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your safety is our priority. A dedicated Welfare Tent will be available on site for anyone needing assistance. Our staff and security teams will be working throughout the event to keep everyone safe.  On-street Blue Badge bays are available nearby on Friar Lane, Castle Gate, and Mount Street. Free or dedicated accessible parking for Blue Badge holders is also available in designated disabled bays at local city council car parks (including Broad Marsh and NCP St James’s Street).

Prescription medications must remain in their original packaging with a pharmacy label matching your ID. Medical cannabis must be declared upon entry and used within the dedicated area next to the medical tent. We recommend notifying us via info@weareliverepublic.com before the event so our security team can grant a smooth entry.

Recognized assistance dogs are welcome across the festival site. Dogs must remain on a lead or harness at all times. Due to high volume levels near stage speaker stacks, we strongly advise handlers to use discretion or provide ear protection for their animal.

Please be aware that performances will feature high-volume live music, dense crowds, and special lighting effects (including strobe lights, pyrotechnics, and lasers). Free earplugs are available upon request at all First Aid points.
